The following is a legal agreement between you and Cascoly Photography .
By using our images, you agree to be bound by this agreement.
1. All images are copyrighted by Steve Estvanik / Cascoly Software. All rights reserved by Cascoly Software. Images with identifiable people or properties are not released and cannot be used for commercial purposes, only editorial.
2. By this agreement Cascoly grants you the following, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the images in printed or digital form. These images may only be used by you, or your direct client or customer. These restrictions apply whether the original Cascoly image is used, or portions or the entirety of an image have been changed by processing.

Standard License
A: Printed: Allows use of the images for any non-commercial printed purpose. Commercial print runs are ok if less than 500 as long as the image is not the main component of the product (ie, no greeting cards, prints, posters, etc.)
B: Digital: You may use Cascoly images for display purposes.
C: Merchandise: No use for any merchandise with a standard license
Extended License
The extended license (EL) gives permission to produce various commercial products. contact us and describe your intended use and we’ll send an EL quote. Most licenses start at $30, depending on volume.
A: Printed: Allows use of images for commercial print runs up to 25,000 as long as the image is not the main component of the product (ie, no greeting cards, prints, posters, etc.) For greater than 25,000 copies, please contact us
B: Digital: You may use Cascoly images for display purposes
C: Merchandise: You may use an extended license for any product with a run of less than 1000. Please contact us for larger runs, or if you would like to use these images in a line of greeting cards, posters, prints, etc
3. In addition, you may not:
–Loan, rent or sell the images to any person or entity, nor submit these images to any micro- or other photo stock agency or free image site
–Sell or otherwise distribute a compilation or collection of Cascoly images.
–Use any image in any form of pornography, or in any manner which is embarrassing or defamatory.
4. You agree to indemnify and hold Cascoly Software harmless against any damages or liability of any kind arising from any use of the images.
5. The images are provided ‘as is’. Cascoly Software makes no warranty either express or implied, fitness for any particular use, type or quality of image, or compatibility with any computer or other kind of equipment. Cascoly Software shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or incidental, arising out of the use of, or the inability to use, the images. You may have additional rights under some state laws.
6. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Venue for any action respecting this agreement or the use of the images shall be in Seattle, Washington.
